Seasonal Water Level Notice:
Alabama Power manages Lake Martin water levels, and they typically begin lowering in September or October, depending on rainfall and annual water management decisions. Levels generally start rising again around March 1st each year. During the off-season, water depth at docks and boat slips may be lower during that time than shown in summer photos.

Great for whole famuky
This was a great house for us to all be together for our youngest daughters graduation from Auburn. This house had enough rooms for our whole family - parents, children and grand children. A nice kitchen to cook meals and had a nice Traeger on the patio.

We had 10 people consisting of 4 family’s. Room and accommodations were great. Enjoyed the cover peer and being able to watch college football in the shade. Lake access was great!

Great place to stay! Loved the location and the home was tastefully decorated. AC worked well, beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed.

The dock TVs didn’t have any services… so basically useless. Also water hose at dock didn’t work… that was very inconvenient. The wheelchair elevator was locked and we didn’t have access which was the main reason we booked this home.. The house is nice! Only 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bath… the other room upstairs is very small. It’s just a bed. Also, if you are wanting to be close to chimney rocks, Kowaliga restaurant and other amenities on lake Martin this property is a good boat drive there. It’s on the river apparently not lake Martin..

To clarify, the lift at the dock is not a wheelchair elevator and is not intended or rated for personal use—it cannot support more than 100 lbs and is not advertised or included in our listing due to liability and safety concerns. We’re sorry for any confusion this caused. Regarding the dock TVs, we were not aware they weren’t receiving service and suspect recent storms may have affected the connection. We’re looking into this right away, we have already replaced dock hose, to ensure both are functioning properly for future guests. Absolutley Perfect
Our stay at this Lake Martin Airbnb was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing lake escape. Waking up each morning to the peaceful view of the water and enjoying coffee on the deck was a dream. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive — they thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were cozy, and the lake access was unbeatable. We spent our days swimming, paddleboarding, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The sunsets over the lake were stunning. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the bonus of being right on the water. If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable trip to Lake Martin, this is the place to stay. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!
