Seasonal Water Level Notice:
Lake Martin water levels are managed by Alabama Power and typically begin lowering in September or October, depending on rainfall and annual water management decisions. Levels generally start rising again around March 1st each year. During the off-season, water depth at docks and boat slips may be lower during that time, than shown in summer photos.

Very clean condo. Will stay again. Be aware-kitchen has all cookware/china/ small appliances needed, but bring your own cooking supplies.
Wonderful Relaxation!
My family stayed with friends and family twice this year at this amazing condo! The condo is clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying our beloved Lake Martin. Rentals Lake Martin is responsive, check in and out is smooth, and the condo has everything you may have forgotten! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay...
We had a great stay at this Lake Martin condo! The location is perfect—peaceful, beautiful views, and close to everything we needed. The unit itself is tastefully decorated, and spacious, which made our trip very enjoyable. That said, there are a few areas that could use some attention to make future stays even better: There’s no pantry, which made organizing groceries a little tricky during our stay. We noticed some cobwebs in the master bedroom that could’ve been cleaned beforehand. The pool code provided was outdated, which was a hassle until we got the correct one. The pool water wasn’t very clean, and we learned the slide had been broken for over two weeks. Lastly, the stove took over an hour to boil a pot of water, which made cooking frustrating. Overall, we loved the condo and would consider returning, especially if these small issues are addressed. With a few improvements, this place could be perfect!

We picked this spot as an alternative to staying in Auburn since we were in town for a football game on Saturday. It was really nice and we wished we had scheduled another day or two to stay around the lake. The setting was really beautiful on the lake. We went to dinner at the steakhouse on the grounds and it was fantastic. The locals were friendly and welcomed us. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, and modern. It was perfect for us. TV and WiFi were easy to figure out. Appliances were nice. We would definitely pick this spot again if we were ever going to be back in the area.
