Seasonal Water Level Notice:
Lake Martin water levels are managed by Alabama Power and typically begin lowering in September or October, depending on rainfall and annual water management decisions. Levels generally start rising again around March 1st each year. During the off-season, water depth at docks and boat slips may be lower during that time, than shown in summer photos.

The pictures did not do the property justice. It was way nicer in person. A very quiet community right on the lake. This is definitely the place you want for an escape not too far from Auburn proper. Very clean unit, very spacious, nice linen and towels, and the beds were amazing for someone with a bad back. I would definitely come back.The only issue we had was the instructions lacked specifically which gate to go to. Myself and other guests GPS took us all to the wrong gate with no security. I reached out to Tiffany and she responded very quickly with the proper gate, which is off 49 for all of you future guests. I give it a 5 star review with a minor hiccup in the details provided initially.

The correct gate information is included in our welcome emails and guest portal, but we discovered a section was accidentally excluded during a recent update that weekend. Very clean condo. Will stay again. Be aware-kitchen has all cookware/china/ small appliances needed, but bring your own cooking supplies.
Wonderful Relaxation!
My family stayed with friends and family twice this year at this amazing condo! The condo is clean, spacious, and perfect for enjoying our beloved Lake Martin. Rentals Lake Martin is responsive, check in and out is smooth, and the condo has everything you may have forgotten! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We picked this spot as an alternative to staying in Auburn since we were in town for a football game on Saturday. It was really nice and we wished we had scheduled another day or two to stay around the lake. The setting was really beautiful on the lake. We went to dinner at the steakhouse on the grounds and it was fantastic. The locals were friendly and welcomed us. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, and modern. It was perfect for us. TV and WiFi were easy to figure out. Appliances were nice. We would definitely pick this spot again if we were ever going to be back in the area.
