The condo is conveniently located 28 miles from Auburn University, ideal for graduation and Auburn sports, including football, gymnastics, basketball, softball, and baseball.

Designed with comfort in mind, Sunshine Dreaming features an open and airy layout that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the living area includes a daybed with a pull-out trundle, providing flexible sleeping for up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

Seasonal Water Level Notice:
Lake Martin water levels are managed by Alabama Power and typically begin lowering in September or October, depending on rainfall and annual water management decisions. Levels generally start rising again around March 1st each year. During the off-season, water depth at docks and boat slips may be lower during that time, than shown in summer photos.

Wonderful place to stay on Lake Martin! Very clean and right on the water. We brought our boat and had easy access to the dock and trailer storage. We will definitely stay here again!!

Clean and Quiet
Clean and quiet. Did not have very hot water, there may be an issue with the hot water heater.
Thank you for the feedback. There was a tripped breaker on water heater. We have fixed the issue and installed a new one to prevent future propblems..
Great Weekend Away
Sunshine Daydream was great for a weekend away. We loved the bottom floor and easy access to the lake and boat slip. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved sitting w Socks , the cat, in the mornings. You have to drive to the pool, but it was nice and never crowded! Beds were very cozy and kitchen had all we needed! We were able to swim and float right behind the condo . It was perfect. Tiffany was helpful when we had questions. We would definitely come back !
